Our microgreen selection

We currently offer a selection of eight delicious, beautiful and nutritious microgreens.

BROCCOLI

Broccoli microgreens are deep green in colour and have a slightly tangy taste. They are considered one of the most nutritious micros with up to 40 times more nutrients than their mature counterparts. They contain concentrated levels of antioxidants, vitamins A, B, C and E, calcium, copper, iron, magnesium, phosphorus and zinc.

NASTURTIUM

With their pretty leaves and peppery taste with hints of wasabi, micro nasturtiums add elegance and zest to your dishes. They are also highly nutritious and contain high concentrations of vitamin C, manganese, iron, flavonoids and beta-carotene.

KALE
Kale microgreens with their slightly purple stems and beautiful heart-shaped leaves have a subtle earthy, sweet and nutty taste.
They are rich in vitamins B6, A, C, E, K and contain many antioxidants.

CORIANDER

Micro-coriander has an intense coriander flavour and beautiful tender leaves with some seed husks that give a crunchy texture.

They contains vitamins A, B, C, E and K, beta-carotene, calcium, iron, potassium, zinc and phosphorus.

RED MIZUNA 
Mizuna microgreens are crisp and tender with a sweet and tangy flavour and subtle notes of pepper and mustard.
They are rich in vitamin K, vitamin B6, vitamin A, vitamin C and vitamin E.

GREEN PEA

Those pretty micros have tender leaves with an intense fresh pea flavour. They look very elegant with their graceful little tendrils. They are a good source of vitamin K, vitamin B1, B2 and B6 and also contain an abundance of vitamin C and iron.

PINK RADISH
With their purple stems and pretty heart-shaped leaves pink radish microgreens are crunchy and have a pungent taste. They are an excellent source of vitamins A, B, C, E and K and also contain potassium, iron, phosphorus, fibre, calcium, copper, zinc and manganese.

SUNFLOWER

Sunflower microgreens have sturdy stems and bright green leaves. They have a wonderful nutty flavour and crunchy texture. They are also an excellent source of vitamins, including vitamin A, B-complex, vitamin E and vitamin K.

Different presentations to suit differents needs

Freshly cut

This ready to use option is ideal for a quick and easy use of micro-greens. We freshly cut the microgreens for you and package them in biodegradable containers made from corn starch.

They keep fresh in the fridge for at least a week.

 

Live micro-greens

This option is perfect for restaurants or caterers using larger amounts of micro-greens. The micros comes in their growing tray (25x25 cm) and you can harvest them whenever needed. Maximum freshness guaranteed. Kept in the fridge, they slow down their growth and you can enjoy them for longer. After the harvest, we will replace it with a fresh tray.
